Mysha’s 40th in Ormeau – A Kid-Free Milestone Weekend 🍾

Mysha’s 40th in Ormeau was more than just a birthday — it was her first kid-free weekend ever (thanks, grandparents 🙌). With a full weekend of festivities planned, we helped set up the home-leg of her celebration with tables and chairs so she could focus on enjoying her milestone. The vibe? Party-perfect, relaxed, and full of gratitude. Cheers to 40 fabulous years, Mysha! 📍

Shampa’s Daughter’s Sweet 16 in Annerley – Glam, Gold & a Limo Tour 🖤💛

Shampa pulled off an EPIC Sweet 16 for her daughter in Annerley, and we were thrilled to help bring the glam. We created a luxe photo wall with a gold shimmer wall, glowing Sweet 16 neon sign, and a dramatic black and gold balloon garland. After the pics, the girls were whisked away in a limo for a stylish Gold Coast ticky tour. All this while Shampa juggled planning and family care — talk about supermum energy! 📸

Carly’s Birthday at QT Hotel – Rustic Luxury on the Gold Coast 💖🔥

June isn’t just about our customers — it’s also my birthday month! Kahn surprised me with a unique Gold Coast getaway at the QT Hotel, blending luxury with rustic cabin vibes. We were taken up to Level 2, through the function rooms, and out onto the roof — where six private cabins sat around a firepit. Ours had wooden walls, no TV, and a giant step-up bed across three walls. Bliss. We topped it off with spa treatments and Japanese cuisine from a shared menu that had us trying new things. It was SweetAz perfection. 💖🪵

Jodie’s Disco-Inspired 50th in Wacol – Sparkle Meets Trucks 🪩🚛

Jodie, an experienced event planner, called us in urgently to help complete the vision for her friend’s 50th birthday at a Wacol warehouse surrounded by custom trucks. With a giant disco ball suspended from the ceiling, our silver shimmer wall became the perfect base for her sparkly photo wall. Last-minute magic? That’s what we do best. ✨📍

Maddie’s Secret 30th in Thornlands – Surprise Setup Success 🎉🕵️

Maddie had a secret celebration planned for her partner’s 30th birthday in Thornlands, and we were in on it! Under the cover of a “work event,” we delivered tables and chairs for the surprise setup. The result? A perfectly executed reveal that had guests grinning from ear to ear. We love a sneaky celebration — and Maddie nailed it!

Anjan’s 32nd Anniversary in Taringa – Love, Colour & Culture ✨❤️

Anjan and his wife reminded us that every year of love is worth celebrating. For their 32nd wedding anniversary at Indian Mehfil restaurant in Taringa, we brought in a rose gold shimmer wall, rich red, orange, and gold balloon garland, and a glowing Happy Anniversary neon sign. The setup beautifully tied into their outfits and the venue’s vibrant decor. The vibe? Dreamy, heartfelt, and full of magic. 📍💖

Edward’s 21st in Sunnybank Hills – Tradition Meets Glam 🎂🎈

Eva organised her nephew Edward’s 21st birthday in traditional Tongan style at the Ballroom at Runcorn Tavern in Sunnybank Hills. We provided a gold shimmer wall and Twenty One neon sign as the backdrop to an incredible cake table. The family stayed up late prepping stunning gold and black balloons and laying traditional mats beneath the VIP tables. It was rich in culture, love, and family pride. Thank you for letting us be part of something so special. 📍✨

Shona’s Bridal Shower in Mount Cotton – Community Comes Through 💐🪑

Cody reached out with a last-minute request — chairs were urgently needed for Shona’s bridal shower in Mount Cotton, and the event was just a day away. We jumped into action and delivered exactly what was needed. We love being able to support our local community and step in to rescue a party setup when it matters most. Congrats Shona — we hope your day was absolutely beautiful! 📍💖
