🎉 Naomi’s 21st – Glow Tables & Good Vibes in Rochedale

We kicked off September with Naomi’s epic 21st in Rochedale, and what a night it was 💡. The glow cocktail tables lit up the backyard, creating a magical atmosphere as friends danced, laughed, and toasted to Naomi 🥃. Glow accents added extra sparkle, and guests captured countless selfies, making every moment electric and unforgettable. Music, drinks, and laughter blended perfectly to set the tone for a month full of celebrations. Naomi and her friends left with glowing memories that will be cherished for years to come.

💃 Sass & Soul Take the Stage – Burlesque at HOTA

Next stop? HOTA on the Gold Coast 🎭 where Sass & Soul brought the stage to life. We delivered a rose gold shimmer wall that stayed flawless all weekend — a massive improvement over last year’s backdrop mishap 😅. The glam setup held up against all the backstage bustle and high-energy performances, letting performers shine with confidence. Guests were treated to a dreamy, luxe atmosphere, complete with our neon signs and balloon touches. Being part of the audience ourselves, we couldn’t help but soak in the electric energy and sass that filled the venue 💋.

🎈 Maddie Turns 18 – Epic Celebration in Kangaroo Point

Early Saturday, we helped Annie throw an unforgettable 18th for her daughter Maddie in Kangaroo Point 💖. The terrace dazzled with a silver shimmer wall, pink and white balloon garland, and a glowing Happy 18th neon sign. Fairy lights twinkled above, tinsel swayed gently, and helium balloons floated like magic, creating a dreamy, party-perfect vibe. A small hiccup with the neon power cable was quickly solved thanks to Rod and our Redlands local backup, keeping the setup seamless. The combination of city views, red carpet entrance, disco lights, and heartfelt speeches made this one of the most epic celebrations of the month.

🥂 Ashley’s 40th – Cleveland Class & Celebration

Straight over to Cleveland’s Fiction Bar, where Ashley celebrated her fabulous 40th 🥂. This milestone was especially poignant, as she’d never treated herself to a big celebration before. We styled the venue with a silver shimmer wall and mint, white, and silver balloon garland, adding elegance and sparkle. Guests felt instantly welcomed into a glowing, classy atmosphere, raising glasses to toast Ashley’s life, achievements, and future. From heartfelt laughter to the music filling the space, every element combined for an unforgettable and emotional evening.

🔥 Caleb’s 18th – Capalaba Backyard Bash

Next, we headed to Caleb’s parents’ acreage property in Capalaba, where the backyard came alive with SweetAz magic 🔥. The slushie machine was a hit all night, serving icy cosmopolitan and blue raspberry flavours to guests chilling under fairy lights. Friends brought swags for overnight stays, and the property was buzzing with games, music, and laughter. The combination of lights, drinks, and festive energy made for an electric, unforgettable celebration under the stars. Everyone fully embraced the fun, creating memories that will last long after the party ended.

🎉 Thirty & Thriving – Brunswick Hotel, Brisbane City

In Brisbane City, we set up for a 30th at the Brunswick Hotel with minimal notice, proving once again that SweetAz delivers every time ✨. The circle mesh backdrop, black, gold, and white balloon garland, and glowing Thirty neon sign made an instant impact. Guests arrived to a space that was polished yet fun, perfect for photos. Despite the last-minute nature, everything came together seamlessly, giving the birthday crew an unforgettable night full of laughter, cheers, and epic memories.

💃 Sass & Soul Take the Stage – Burlesque at HOTA

Next stop? HOTA on the Gold Coast 🎭 where Sass & Soul lit up the stage with a dazzling performance. After the show, guests enjoyed our rose gold shimmer photo wall in the foyer, perfect for selfies and group shots 💖. The backdrop held up flawlessly, handling all the bustling activity without a hitch, ensuring everyone captured dreamy, party-perfect memories. The combination of the show’s glamour and the foyer setup created a fun, electric, and unforgettable experience for performers and attendees alike. Being part of the audience ourselves, we loved seeing how our SweetAz setup added an extra sparkle to the night 💋.

🍧 Talyssa’s 18th – Alexandra Hills

Mid-month, we brought slushie vibes to Kylie’s daughter’s 18th in Alexandra Hills 🧊. Our slushie machine served refreshing cosmopolitan and blue raspberry flavors all night, keeping guests cool and energized. The birthday crew provided their own balloon garland, and our setup complemented it perfectly with SweetAz flair. Friends mingled, danced, and toasted to the milestone, making the night fun, glowing, and unforgettable. Every detail, from the icy drinks to the cheerful energy, contributed to a party-perfect 18th full of memories.

🍹 Rebekka’s 18th – Wakerley Cheers

Later that week, we rolled into Wakerley to help Rebekka celebrate her 18th. The slushie machine was parked next to a DIY shimmering backdrop with balloons, hay bales, and interactive games 😎. Guests mingled, sipped cool drinks, and enjoyed the relaxed yet vibrant party vibe. The combination of SweetAz setup and personal touches created a fun, glowing celebration that Rebekka and friends will remember forever.

🪑 Michelle’s 21st – Chairs, Sorted!

For Michelle’s daughter’s 21st, we focused on tables and chairs to ensure everyone could celebrate in comfort 🎉. The base setup was stylishly glammed up with balloons, light-up numbers, and a shimmering backdrop. Guests could relax and enjoy the party while the decor added sparkle and elegance throughout the night. It was simple yet party-perfect, showing how the right setup elevates an event into something memorable and unforgettable.

Finally, at Chatswood Hill Hotel, we helped Mariah celebrated relations 30th with a circle mesh backdrop, petite balloon garland, and glowing Thirty neon sign 🎂✨. Windy patio conditions tested the team, but the setup held firm, showing the resilience of SweetAz gear. The silver, black, and gold accents shimmered perfectly as guests laughed, and toasted the milestone. From setup to final cheers, the evening was electric, stylish, and unforgettable, proving that even small balloon garlands can deliver big fun and epic memories.
